• Multinational Company - Costco
• Rotating roster which will include weekend work and starts from 5am or finishing as late as 8pm.
• Part Time Position - 24 hrs per week

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

• Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service.
  
  
• Checks cake order stand for special orders.

• Pulls stock from freezer or cooler to fill merchandising area.

• Depans, garnishes and packages baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies and fruit tarts. Places finished product on racks and transfers racks to cooler, freezer or wrapping area.

• Checks production schedule for daily needs. Processes all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating Manual.

• Assists with other bakery duties as needed.

• Provides prompt and courteous member service.

• Keeps decorating area clean and clear of debris. Follows safety and security procedures.

• Follows Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.

• Completes and complies with Costco policies of Quality Assurance, Food Safety certification and all safety training required by warehouse and department.
  
  
• Assists with monthly inventory.

Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:

• Assists with front end duties as necessary.

• Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
